（中央社記者郝雪卿台中26日電）正在歐洲進行考察及招商的台中市長林佳龍，原訂30日回台，由於梅姬颱風逐漸逼近，他決定提前回台坐鎮，預定27日中午抵達國門。
林佳龍原訂22日至29日至荷蘭及德國進行考察及招商，因今年第17號颱風梅姬逼近台灣，決定歐洲時間26日一早提前趕往機場返台，坐鎮災害應變，預計台灣時間27日中午抵達，原訂考察交流行程，將由台中市政府秘書處長李如芳及經發局長呂曜志等人繼續完成。
林佳龍是於25日在歐洲舉辦的工研院與IBS簽訂合作備忘錄記者會前宣布提前返台，他表示，梅姬颱風逼近台灣，他已請副市長林陵三坐鎮，建立全災型應變機制，保持密切注意，但因颱風可能造成災損，他認為還是返台比較安心；後續行程將由市府同仁接續完成，已聯繫對方取得諒解，對於合作項目雙方已有初步共識，不會有太大影響。
林佳龍表示，幾天來的考察及招商，成果非常豐碩，成功與阿密爾市簽署合作備忘錄，兩市約定2018及2022年互相參展花博，也帶領台中文心蘭經銷商與荷蘭經銷商簽署合作備忘錄，首度外銷歐洲。
市府表示，林佳龍這次考察還前往荷蘭鹿特丹市參訪榮獲2013年歐洲城市公共空間設計獎的「水廣場」，作為未來綠川、柳川改造及中區再生的借鏡；市府也將參考阿姆斯特丹中央車站的複合式交通運輸系統，因地制宜發展屬於台中的Mr. B&B（Metro捷運、Rail鐵路、Bus公車、Bike自行車）系統。
市府說，林佳龍還前往位於荷蘭的捷安特歐洲總部，見證代表「台中隊」的台灣之光在歐洲的發展，期盼合作推動台中成為台灣的自行車城市代表。1050926
